Comfort Inn & Suites Thomson

The staff was very nice. The hotel was quite even though it was heavily booked. It is in a very convenient location and I could not hear any road noise. Excellent room and value. The room was spotless. Large tub and a big bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. I definitely recommend this property.

Cleanliness, Friendly, met all my needs, comfortable room, nearby eating facilities, had my favorite channel on television, of course breakfast.

Did not have afternoon snacks, popcorn, pizza, beverages, alcoholic beverages on location for relaxation. Did not have a breakfast snack pack to take with me (I didn't ask, either).

Everything was very good during 1 day, appreciated its quiet location near to snow storm early in February. We were moved to a queen room with king bed, a very good size bathroom plus a jacuzzi.

Room was excellent, large and clean. Extra large Jacuzzi bath was a nice surprise.

Location was OK if you're happy with fast food.

Made a last minute reservation on Booking. Com - Our room was oversized with a Whirlpool tub - A very pleasant surprise for a couple of weary travelers - The clerk, Indira, had a great sense of humor and recommended a good restaurant nearby for dinner - Would stay here again ...

That they chose to close the pool on the weekend to clean it. That was one of the reason I chose the hotel. All others was good

We had a wonderful family trip with all the comforts we needed. The breakfast was a highlight with amazing options for everyone, including the little ones. The facilities were great for our kids, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

In my wife's opinion, the room could have used better soundproofing for the babies' naps. It'd be great if they provided pack-and-play cribs upon request.

The staff was very friendly and when I called for towels, they sent them immediately.

There was hair in the bathroom in the tub and on the floor.

Breakfast had a variety of options like pancakes and bacon. Enjoyed the cozy lounge area. Staff were friendly and really helpful throughout our stay.

I stayed here for a short trip to visit the nearby Graves Mountain, and I had a great time. The staff made check-in a breeze, and the room was spacious with a comfy seating area to relax after a long day. Breakfast options were impressive, which fueled me for my outdoor adventures. I appreciate the welcoming vibe of the lobby as well!

We enjoyed the pool and the fitness center. The hotel staff were super friendly, and the breakfast had a nice variety. It's a quiet spot, perfect for a weekend getaway. Make sure to check out the lobby area. It's really nice and cute.

One thing to note, our room had a missing light bulb, a bit annoying.

The staff was super friendly and helped us settle in. Breakfast was decent with good options. But the public areas could use a good clean. The floors were kinda gross and looked like they hadn't been mopped in ages. Good spot for a quick trip!
